Senior Program Analyst

Azieb Ermias is the Senior Program Analyst for DULCE at the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP). In her role, she manages the day-to-day work of DULCE implementation nationally in support of addressing the holistic needs of families and infants. Prior to joining the CSSP, she spent five years at a national educational services company that supported the work of healthcare executives leading the largest 100 health systems nationally. Azieb has extensive experience in health disparities and behavioral science research, most notably through graduate studies work at the University of California, San Diego where she worked to understand and develop solutions that addressed the sedentary behaviors of East-African migrants. Azieb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology & Statistics from San Diego State University. She is certified in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management through the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
