Carolyn Wahlskog, LCSW (she/her) is the Director of Operations and Programming at Youth Outlook, a nonprofit working to meet the ever-evolving needs of LGBTQ+ youth, families and communities. Carolyn previously served as the Executive Director of Housing at 360 Youth Services, overseeing LGBTQ+ affirming housing for youth experiencing homelessness. She co-chairs the DuPage Community Network: Professionals Serving LGBTQ+ youth. Carolyn supports schools, mental health providers and systems-involved youth workers to create and implement safe and affirming policies and practices for caring for LGBTQ+ young people.
