A Taste of Cafés
Our Taste of Café series gives you a preview of Cafés—Be Strong Families’ internationally known, structured, small group conversations! Join us Fridays and Wednesdays for a free session where you can take part in peer-to-peer conversations that facilitate transformation, healing, and strength within families.
Theme: The Game Plan (Dads Café)

Whether you're a rookie or a seasoned pro, every great team needs a solid game plan—and so does parenting. Join our real talk as we break down what it means to coach with heart, lead with purpose, and stay in the game when life throws curveballs. Come share plays, stories and winning strategies for Dads.
Theme: Boots On, Boots Off (Military Spouse Café)
Date: Friday, October 17, 2025, Time: 12 – 1:30 pm CST
Life in the military can be fast-paced and demanding. As a military spouse your role is all about putting your "boots on" and facing the challenges head-on with confidence and resilience. With the hustle of military life, you need to make time to recharge so that you can keep going strong. Sometimes you just need to take a moment to take those boots off, and prioritize yourself because when you thrive, your family does too. Join us in this café, take your boots off and build connections with others who understand your unique journey.

Intro to Be Strong Families Parent Cafés
After you attend A Taste of Cafés, experience a free 1 hour Intro to Cafés session for more information and to get your questions answered. If you ever needed a place to learn how to keep your children safe and your family strong—this is it! Complete with an introduction to the history, benefits, major parts and roles of a Parent Café. These Cafés are a highly structured, small-group conversation process that promotes peer-to-peer learning and deep self–reflection.

This Café toolkit is based on the realization that a strong family is a healthy family. Each Vitality Café in a Box includes a full deck of bilingual (English/Spanish) question cards with over 200 questions that focus on the six Vitality Domains, as well as a link to an online Café guide.

Vitality Cafés are peer-to-peer guided discussion groups that use the six Vitality Domains and empowered engagement techniques to help participants come up with strategies to improve their overall holistic health. RSVP with the section above.
