Richelle joins Be Strong Families as a T&TA Data Consultant, bringing strong organizational skills, a positive spirit, and a passion for supporting children and families involved in foster care. Inspired by the organization’s mission and values, she is excited to grow within the company while contributing meaningful support to parents, caregivers, and communities.

In her role, Richelle supports the Training and Technical Assistance team through data logging and administrative support that help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. As a quick learner with a team-oriented mindset, she enjoys helping lighten workloads and supporting others wherever needed.

Outside of work, Richelle enjoys homeschooling her children, baking homemade bread and pasta, spending time outdoors, and creating meaningful memories with her family.
