Dr. Sabrina Rock is transpersonal psychologist, educator, and integral researcher. Her own transformative experience in coming to understand what it means to have sensory processing sensitivity was the catalyst for her dissertation research on the transformative experiences of highly sensitive people. She was an adjunct professor in the Integral and Transpersonal PhD Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies before launching her own coaching practice. She is the founder of Empowering Sensitive People Coaching and Consulting. The focus of her work is bringing awareness about sensory processing sensitivity to those in helping professions so they can better serve their clients and improve their own work/life balance.
